The Fusion IP model is to sign long term partnership agreements with leading research intensive universities for 100% of their future IP pipelines and the right to equity in the resultant spin-out companies on incorporation. The interests of the academic are aligned by giving them a significant shareholding in the spin-out company.

This gives us a powerful combination of high quality IP from our university partners, our own commercial expertise and start-up funding, and enables us to turn world class research into valuable businesses.
